We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Freeform Rings has a Money back guarantee on all products purchased from our online
store.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will refund you for the product. There are of course some rules to help both us: You will have to return the product to us, within 30 days unharmed.

The shipping costs to get the product back to us, will be your responsibility.

Once we have received the items, inspected them and concluded that they are still in
perfect condition we will refund you using your favourite payment provider.

For us to process your refund, we will have to receive the products back in the condition that we sent them to you - and we have to get them within 30 days. we will then make sure that the products are unharmed - and if all is well we will process a full refund for you. To process a refund please fill out the form in the exchanges, or just start talking to us with the chat button.

We take every care to make sure that the process to find your size is easy - and straight forward. If you have made a mistake through we can help you replace your size with one that fits perfectly.

After you completed this form, we will send you an Order confirmation, with a size replacements.

From this payment email you will pay the amount of R120.00 to replace your ring(s). That covers the courier costs for sending the new ring, and collecting the old ring from you. You can pay using any of the payment providers available on our online store. After they payment clears into our account, we will send you your new rings, with a pre-marked courier sleeve into which you will place the old rings. Exchanges are only available to customer who have made a purchase in the past 45 days. Your exchange will take the same time that it took us to deliver your previous order, once we have received and completed our quality assessment on the returned products.

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
